In just a few months the question-and-answer chatbot ChatGPT (Chat) has become very popular. With Chat averaging about 100 million users per day, it seems everyone’s talking about it. My friends are sending me notes pointing out examples of Chat’s impressive capabilities, so I logged onto the webpage to see what all the fuss was about.

Throughout my life, I have found that maintaining a positive outlook has helped me achieve many good things. At the risk of sounding like a self-help book author, I will only say that, when I have put ideas out there that I truly believe in and that are for the benefit of others, they generally come together.
I have always been loath to give advice. When asked about my secrets to success, my reply is that since I never listened to the advice of others when I was starting out or launching a new idea, why would I then tell people what to do?
